Let me introduce myself to you. I am SUKKU GEORGE, S/o Mr. George Ratnam in whose name stands a “NAGAR” in Chennai City known as “GOLDEN GEORGE NAGAR” spread in three villages namely Nerkundram, Padikuppam and Mogappair East ( Near Anna Nagar ). My father, George Senior constructed several residential BUNGALOWS (a British term used decades ago) and Apartments in the 50s and early 60s from whom I developed my passion to build houses with innovative ideas. Since 1981, I have successfully completed several multi million dollar residential and commercial projects in Auckland – New Zealand, Perth – Australia and Chennai – India. My passionate expedition that began in the 1980s is still not over.

We expertise in house and land packages. We have developed many premium residential projects across the city and among those is a one acre Gated community with 50 houses in Madhavaram known as White fields and a 2.5 Acre Gated Community near Mahabalipuram known as Strawberry fields.

I don’t have even one minor litigation in my 42 years of track record after going through 100s of deals with property vendors and purchasers. My first project was a tiny 1200 Sq.ft Villa on a AP Plot at N – Block, Anna Nagar in the year 1981 and my first buyer is one Ms.Padmini from the UK. The moment she walked into my unit, she exclaimed: the Villa was exactly a replica of hers in London with all utility down stairs, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. She was particularly impressed by my bathroom design with exclusive wet and dry areas in it, with a Towel Mat on the floor outside the shower cubicle. Her decision was instantly made the moment she walked into my unit after inspecting over a dozen others. The same day she paid me the full price of Rs.3.5L for that villa. Ever since, I have completed many many projects to the full satisfaction of my buyers in Chennai City.

I believe in transparency and informing my clients with updates, pictures and videos of what’s going on at the construction sites at various stages. I have continuously applied western technologies in my buildings as we have progressed a great deal in this industry – resulting in 100% guarantee against Leaks, dampness, Structural cracks and other structural defects in Construction.
